Rozangria – Château Capendu
Grape varieties: A Rose based wine
Terroir: 85 hectares of vineyards situated on the foothills of the Montagnes D’Alaric, to the north of the Corbieres. On the hillsides the soil consists of calcareous clay soils with sandy clay soils on the plains.
Tasting notes: Rozangria is a Rose based Sangria of French origin with an abv of 8.5%. Rozangrai is a perfectly balanced wine and will be a great accompaniment to a whole range of dishes, from barbeques to curries and salads.
Rozangria can also be used as a base ingredient for cocktails.

Terroir: 85 hectares of vineyards situated on the foothills of the Montagnes D’Alaric, to the north of the Corbieres. On the hillsides the soil consists of calcareous clay soils with sandy clay soils on the plains.
Tasting notes: Rozangria is a Rose based Sangria of French origin with an abv of 8.5%. Rozangrai is a perfectly balanced wine and will be a great accompaniment to a whole range of dishes, from barbeques to curries and salads.
Rozangria can also be used as a base ingredient for cocktails.

Terroir: Black schist soil characteristic of the Maury region.
Tasting notes: On the nose it has cherry, blackcurrant flavours. On the mouth it has soft tannins and with the black fruit flavours. The finish has a hint of vanilla and fig. Deep red colour with a purplish reflection

Terroir: Black schist soil characteristic of the Maury region.
Tasting notes: Powerful scents of apricots, lime, grilled almonds and a hint of orange peel. Surprisingly fresh and fruity which is full in the mouth. The finish has hints of crystallized orange and cinnamon.

Tasting notes: With a powerful and extremely complex nose, this wine offers notes of candied fruit (tangerine, apricot, pineapple, lemon) and honeyed flavours. It’s aromas are warm and spicy. On the palate, it shows a perfect balance between alcohol, sugar and oak tannins. This very elegant dessert wine can be kept for more than 10 years. Very bright, golden colour.
